What if my package arrives damaged by UPS?

Can you get me other packaging items that I need?

While we can’t guarantee access to every single item requested, we do have access to thousands of other packaging items through our extensive network of suppliers. Please email us your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I know that I am getting quality products?

All of our items come from reputable manufacturers and are new. We do not buy any close outs, salvage, or other questionable items from any unknown sources.

How long does it take to receive my items?

Some items will ship directly from our warehouse and should arrive in 4-5 business days. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 15 business days on direct items.

Where are you located?

We are strictly an internet-based company operating out of St. Charles, Missouri. State sales taxes will apply on items shipped within the state of Missouri.
