Shipping Policy

We will ship via U.P.S. to anywhere in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to a PO or APO/FPO box. Sorry, we cannot accommodate international shipping orders.

Shipping charges for common carrier and U.P.S. items are calculated by figuring the weight and shipping distance. All UPS being shipped to home or residential addresses may incur an additional $3.50 handling fee. This fee is to cover higher U.P.S. rates charged to us when shipping to a home rather than a commercial business location. GoodToGoPackaging.com reserves the right to select the best possible method for shipment.

Delivery Time

Many of our items will ship within one business day. (Monday through Friday) Please allow up to three weeks for delivery of some products. Some select items will be shipped directly from the manufacturers, which may require a longer lead-time. Two-week lead- times are standard for direct shipments from manufacturers, and ground U.P.S. shipments will take 1-6 days depending on distance.

Orders Damaged by Shipping

All items are shipped in excellent condition. When you receive your order, you should always take the time to do the following:

While the driver is still there, and before you sign for receipt, carefully inspect your order to check for completeness or other damage.
Note any damages or shortages of your order in detail on the freight bill. If the driver refuses to stay while you check your order, note this on your signature of receipt when signing.
Any problems with your shipment must be reported to GoodToGoPackaging.com no later than 24 hours after receipt.

GoodToGoPackaging.com is not responsible for any damaged or missing merchandise once shipment is signed for as being complete and unharmed.

Return Policy

Special order items or items drop shipped direct from the manufacturer cannot be returned. Regularly stocked items may be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order. A 25% restocking fee may apply to such returns. Please contact us via email if you wish to return an item for additional shipping information on where to send your product back to. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, your credit card will be credited accordingly.

Privacy Policy

GoodToGoPackaging.com is the sole owner of the information that is collected from customers on this site. We do not share customer information with any third parties other than shipping information with U.P.S. and with our secured credit card transaction companies that process your credit card.
